Latest Cooling Functional Fabric From Fuhua Fabric

Recently, continuous scorching heat has attacked most part of China. The temperature in the car can be over 55℃ when left outside for a long time in bright light during daytime in summer. People may feel more comfortable when enter the car if only it is cooler inside.

So, finally Fuhua Fabric has developed a brand new fabric which realize 0-Carbon Cooling Technology. And here it is.

We attached a new material on the surface of the fabric. Owing to this only 30 micrometer thick coating, The temperature difference between the shady side and the sunny side is 15℃-30℃ even under the blazing sun for quite a long time. And the thicker the coating is, the cooler it is.

Two ice-creams were put on the surface of two iron plate. One was covered by the normal fabric , while the other one was covered by cooling fabric. Under the strong sunlight of summer, it was over 39℃ on the grass. But obviously ice-cream on the normal fabric was melting much faster comparing the other one.

Two cars had been parked outside for several hours. One is covered by the car cover made of cooling fabric, and the other was exposed to direct sunlight. We placed thermometers in the two cars at the same time for measurement. After 5 minutes, the thermometers showed 41℃ and 58℃, respectively. The heat insulation and cooling effect of the new material was obvious.

In contrast, the cooling fabric developed by us is based on the world's leading radiation-induced cooling material technology. The solar energy reflectivity is up to 76%~85%, the infrared thermal energy emission rate is up to more than 90%, the Uv Protection UPF 50+, UVA < 1%, and completely zero carbon emissions. The company has independent intellectual property rights for this cooling fabric.

According to reports, this cooling fabric as early as 3 years ago began to research and development production. After thousands of tests, this technology has been mature. At present, this cooling fabric has 4 invention patents and 8 utility model patents, mainly used in car cover, canopy tent, sunshade and so on. The measured results show that all kinds of products using this cooling fabric have obvious cooling protection effect.
