Latest Cooling Functional Fabric From Fuhua Fabric

Recently, continuous scorching heat has attacked most part of China. The temperature in the car can be over 55℃ when left outside for a long time in bright light during daytime in summer. People may feel more comfortable when enter the car if only it is cooler inside.

So, finally Fuhua Fabric has developed a brand new fabric which realize 0-Carbon Cooling Technology. And here it is.

We attached a new material on the surface of the fabric. Owing to this only 30 micrometer thick coating, The temperature difference between the shady side and the sunny side is 15℃-30℃ even under the blazing sun for quite a long time. And the thicker the coating is, the cooler it is.

Two ice-creams were put on the surface of two iron plate. One was covered by the normal fabric , while the other one was covered by cooling fabric. Under the strong sunlight of summer, it was over 39℃ on the grass. But obviously ice-cream on the normal fabric was melting much faster comparing the other one.

Test01

Two cars had been parked outside for several hours. One is covered by the car cover made of cooling fabric, and the other was exposed to direct sunlight. We placed thermometers in the two cars at the same time for measurement. After 5 minutes, the thermometers showed 41℃ and 58℃, respectively. The heat insulation and cooling effect of the new material was obvious.
